All staff wearing surgical masks when in office

All patients wearing masks in office

Patients using peroxide oral pre-rinse before appointment

No family members or friends in office unless child needs parent accompaniment

Decreased paper handling in office

Scheduling low volume of patients in office at one time

Barriers in reception and treatment areas

Surgically Clean Air Units for air purification in office

Hydroclorous acid spray/fogging of high touch areas in office at minimum twice daily with spot treatments throughout the day as needed

Enhanced surface disinfection of touch surfaces throughout day by staff

Reduction of aerosol generating procedures in office as much as possible

Replacement of all intraoral impressions with intraoral digital scans

Supplemental air evacuation systems at chair

All instruments used with patients sterilized with autoclave (steam sterilization) with each cycle monitored and documented in logged records

Each instrument set up is bagged, autoclaved and not opened until patient is in treatment chair
