— Dr. Jeffrey Roeder
I love meeting new people, catching up with those who are already friends, and making sure everyone feels welcome! We are family at Roeder Orthodontics, and each of our patients and their families are part of that: it’s a great feeling to help people I care about feel better about their smile!
I work at our front desk, where I greet and check-in patients, update records and schedule future appointments. I also verify insurance, answer phones, and handle a range of other front desk duties.
Almost a decade ago I married the love of my life, Mark. We have a Golden Retriever, Murphy, who is our child. Mark and I have amazing families, including two nephews and a niece we love spoiling! We also love to be outdoors and like mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, and traveling anywhere and everywhere.
Marketing and Patient Care Coordinator
I love the relationships that grow with each patient and their family. We serve an incredible community and have an amazing patient family! Dr. Roeder is a gentle, patient-focused orthodontist. He and our team do everything possible to make sure our patients are supported, educated, and feel valued as they develop a great smile!
I market our practice to the community and love talking with people about the care experience we deliver. It’s fun to share how great we really are! I also coordinate all aspects of patient care and am here to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure everything goes smoothly.
When I’m not working, I love music, reading, hiking, and any outdoor activity, and — most of all — time with my children and spouse. I love volunteering with the Ladies & Meals Ministry at my church and supporting our community.
Certified Dental Assistant and Laboratory Technician
It’s difficult for me to choose what I like best about my work: I love all of it! We have an amazing office, with a doctor and team who are family, and we help incredible people love their smiles. What could be better?!
I assist Dr. Roeder with placing and removing brackets, changing wires, and patient care. Working in the lab, I make models and retainers, and I also handle the ordering.
When I’m not at the office, I love time with my family and watching basketball and football. I also like all kinds of craft projects: woodburning, painting, and making wreaths are some of my favorites.
I love working with new patients, hearing their stories, and learning their goals. I love being part of an amazing practice that is a big family, from Dr. Roeder and my teammates to our patients and their families. I love that we make positive changes for each person, all by achieving great smiles!
I work with new patients and their families. During their first visit, we talk about treatment, review options, and I answer all of their questions, including about their treatment plan. Once they start care, I get to watch each person’s transformation!
My life is shared with my beautiful Husky mix, Ginger, who’s a therapy dog. Outside of work, I love being with her, as well as friends and family. I like crafts, gardening, reading, and watching movies. I’m passionate about making time to relax, meditate, and be present to appreciate all the great things I have been blessed with.
I love the time I spend with patients and parents, educating them about their orthodontic needs and options, and ultimately building a relationship with each. We have a family quality to our office which extends to each patient and the family. Dr. Roeder and our team care about the happiness of our patients and want to deliver the best smile to each!
I meet new patients and parents at the initial consultation. I talk with them about treatment, review Dr. Roeder’s recommendations, and then walk them through financial arrangements and scheduling. Some days, I also handle the consults for new treatment starts and records. Additionally, I send out the New Patient letter to doctors, follow up with our pending treatment patients, and track monthly statistics.
My wonderful husband Steve and I have been married for 20 years. We have two precious Miniature Long-Haired Dachshunds named Roxie and Roy. Steve and I enjoy entertaining family and friends and love to travel to beaches and take cruises. I like flower gardening, cooking, and the outdoors, but my priority is always time with loved ones.
I love working with our awesome patients and their families. I get to help solve problems, sometimes take on a bit of detective work, and this helps people get smiles they love! Dr. Roeder and our team make orthodontic treatment a fun experience. Our patients are part of our family!
I handle all aspects of our patients’ financial arrangements. This includes developing payment plans and contracts, setting up auto drafts, and filing for and monitoring insurance payments. I also oversee our accounts receivable and payable.
My husband and I have been married for nearly three decades. Our son will marry his high-school sweetheart in June 2019, and my family will be blessed to gain a wonderful daughter. Our daughter graduated from high school in June 2018 and is doing awesome in college. Our family is very involved in our church and community. We like helping others.
Certified Dental Assistant
I love getting to know our patients. They truly become family; it’s rewarding to help people I care about developing a smile they love! My teammates are my best friends, and Dr. Roeder is attentive to each patient’s comfort. Our office is full of laughter and smiles and I love it!
My duties cover anything and everything related to braces. In addition to chairside assistance during procedures, I also provide patient care, encouragement, and education.
My husband Patrick and I have a daughter, Karly, who attends UNC Wilmington. We love going to visit her at the beach, and now that we are empty nesters we spend all that extra time loving on our dog, Tucker. Patrick and I love traveling, spending time outdoors with family and friends, and church-related activities. We are blessed and try to live life to the fullest!
I love helping people feel good about their smiles! Dr. Roeder and my teammates feel like family to me. We care about each other and we care about every patient: doing our best to keep everyone comfortable and excited about getting a new smile!
I work in the clinic where I help with the braces process. I offer patient care, assist Dr. Roeder, and educate and encourage patients during treatment.
I live in Marshall and love spending time with my Blue Heeler puppy, Paisley. Being outside makes me happy, especially if I’m spending time with my family, boyfriend, and friends.
